Prices include
Linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area, gas, electricity, cold and hot water and eventual heating through electric heaters and wood-fed fireplaces. Satellite TV and e self-service with home-made Chianti quality wine, extra-virgin olive oil, “grappa” and “vinsanto” are available in every flat.
Important
Maria and Paolo, the owners, will be waiting for you on the arrival day from 4 to 7 p.m.; for eventual arrivals after 7 p.m. you are kindly asked to call, also during the same day, on Maria’s mobile (3385989718) or on Paolo’s mobile (3385238377). On the departure day the flat has to be tidied up and vacated by 10 a.m. No payment in advance is requested; for booking you only have to send a communication and get a confirmation from our side.
